This native Pacific Northwesterner graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Seattle in 2013. Soon after, she started a job at 21 Acres in Woodinville, getting firsthand experience with agricultural sustainability and both ancient and modern preservation techniques. She moved down the road, coming to The Herbfarm in 2014. Her eye for detail and dedication to the craft moved her from part time Commis to Sous Chef.
In her garden or in the woods, she blends her profession with her passion for the myriad of benefits of being close to the source of food.
