Farm & Garden
Established in 2001, our Farm has grown from a pea patch to nearly 5 acres of naturally managed, and intentionally farmed crops. Our site is part of a 47 acre farm trust promoting agriculture in a developing area.
This site is the focal point of our menus throughout the seasons; choosing crops for flavor and heritage. At dinner you will experience both today's harvest and flavors of the past.
Our on-site gardens are a snapshot of the farm and season. From them, we pick herbs, greens and flowers just before dinner. It is place to wander when you arrive; tasting ingredients straight from their stems or, for a mid dinner stroll to meet our pet pigs- Lily and Daisy Mae.
