The King of Salmon...Crowned this Week!

The best-tasting salmon of the Pacific realm have one thing in common. They come from and yearn to return to the Great Rivers of the West: the Columbia, the Copper, the Yukon, and the Fraser. These rivers are either very long or very steep and powerful. In order to make the return journey, fish from the Great Rivers need great energy stored at sea in their bodies.

Our nightly Garden Tour begins at 6:30 (indoors around the fire if it's raining). Come at 6:10 (3:40 on Sunday), and we'll also have an Open House in the Wine Cellar where you can check out the 17,000 bottles of wines covering some 3,500 selections! This is also the most extensive collection of Oregon and Washington wines in the world.
