The Fire is Lit. The Carolers are singing!

I'm always amazed how quickly the Holiday Season comes upon us. Outside the restaurant the air is crisper; interspersed with the occasional whoosh of mallard wings or the primal call of geese. Inside all is snug and welcoming. This week we're in full Holiday regalia as we offer our "Menu for the Holly and the Ivy." To further delight, the Dickens Carolers will stroll and fill the hall with old-time cheer.

Settle into your chair and let good spirits sweep over you. Our menu will delight you with a parade of winter weather fare deftly attuned to this time and place. To get a sense of the fare, click the gold menu button on the home page.

I invite you to put your cares away as you join us for this long-to-be-remembered dinner. Our nightly introduction begins at 6:35. Come at 6:15-6:20 and we'll also have an Open House in the Wine Cellar where you can check out the 26,000 bottles of wines covering some 4,200 selections! This is also the most extensive collection of Oregon and Washington wines in the world.

As always, the extraordinary 9-course dinner with 6 wines is graced by guitar music, candlelight, and our tour of our extensive herb gardens.

Treat yourself. Come and celebrate. If you can't join us this week, the days just after Christmas (including the 28th, 29th, and 30th of December are also by candlelight. New Year's Eve pours out the rare wines to some lively singing by opera tenors Eric Neuville and Ross Hauck.

To reserve your table, give us a call at 425-485-5300 between 10 am and 5 p.m., or here on line 24 hours a day!
