When you dine at The Herbfarm, our sommeliers will be pairing 5 or 6 wines to match the range of flavors on the nightly 9-course tasting menu.
These wines are poured freely, within common sense limits, throughout the evening and are included with your dinner. You need not purchase additional wine unless you wish to explore other possibility, of which there are many.
The Herbfarm showcases nearly 4,000 different wines in an award winning wine cellar of 23,000 bottles on site. Included are birthday and anniversary wines from nearly every vintage in the 20th century.
The wines on our list are also available for retail purchase for you to take home to enjoy, cellar, or give as gifts.

Non-drinkers, we also have interesting non-alcoholic options paired to each course. If you wish, you may also switch back and forth between wine and non-alcoholic beverages during the evening. Beer pairings are available with a day’s advance notice.
